Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
