Yes, all bikes shipped from Jonny Sprockets undergo a pre-delivery inspection by certified mechanics. We ship them 90% assembled; you will only need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or protective pads.
How do I determine the right frame size for me?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
